Understanding Application Processing

Every submitted application is reviewed by the NHCO Auditing Team before exam access is granted.

During Review

The auditor will:

  • Review your application.
  • Verify all required application questions are answered.
  • Verify uploaded documentation.
  • Approve your application or request additional information.
Processing Time

Application review generally requires:

Up to 5 business days

Processing may take longer during holidays or periods of high submission volume.

How You'll Know It's Finished

You will receive:

  • An email notification.
  • Dashboard updates.
  • Auditor feedback if additional information is required.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
  • Submitting duplicate applications.
  • Contacting support before the processing period has passed.
  • Ignoring auditor feedback.
  • Purchasing an additional exam course.
