Transfer Enrollment Requests

Candidates may request a transfer of enrollment; however, refunds are not permitted. Any transferred enrollment remains subject to the original course access period. Access time begins from the date the original course was purchased and does not restart or extend due to a transfer request.

Transfer Enrollment Policy

Candidates requesting to move their enrollment may submit a transfer request for review.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not permitted.
  • Transferred enrollments retain the original purchase date.
  • The access period is calculated from the purchase date of the original course.
  • A transfer does not reset, extend, or provide additional access time.
