Exam Violation Determination and Appeal Process

The Customer Service team is unable to provide additional communication, discussion, or changes regarding exam violation determinations. Candidates who wish to challenge a determination may submit an appeal for review.

Candidates have the option to submit an appeal regarding an exam violation determination.

To submit an appeal, use the designated appeal process provided in the exam violation notification.

Candidates who do not wish to appeal, or whose appeal is not approved, may purchase a new exam attempt through the NHCO Portal:
