Appeal Information

When an exam session is rejected following an audit review, candidates will receive an exam results email outlining the available next steps. The exam results email provides instructions for submitting an appeal or requesting a second exam attempt, if eligible.

Appeal Process

Candidates who wish to appeal an exam determination should follow the instructions provided in their exam results email.

The email will include information regarding:

  • How to submit an appeal.
  • How to request a second exam attempt, if available.
  • Any additional steps required for review.
Auditor Determinations

When an exam session has been rejected by the auditor, the Customer Service team is unable to modify, overturn, or intervene in the auditor’s decision.

Candidates must follow the appeal instructions provided in their exam results email regarding available options.
